mafee相談室 — 特定商取引法に基づく表記
以下はmafee相談室の新規申込みおよび画面で確定したプラン変更に適用する販売条件です。ONREALの監査・調達確認サービスとは料金・更新・解約条件が異なります。
- サービス
- mafee相談室（チャット形式の相談サービス）
- 販売事業者
- ONREAL（尾崎 Ryo Ozaki）。決済画面の請求主体はONREALと表示されます。所在地・連絡先は下記の「Operator and contact」をご確認ください。
- 料金・相談回数
- 月額980円（税込）：月90回
月額2,980円（税込）：月300回 - 初回無料体験
- 初回に限り7日間・90回まで無料。どちらのプランでも無料期間中は90回までです。申込み時にカード登録が必要です。再契約時に無料体験は再付与されません。
- 支払い方法・時期
- Stripeでのカード決済。無料期間終了時に選択した月額料金が自動決済され、その後は毎月自動更新されます。初回の請求予定日は申込み確定前の決済画面に表示されます。
- サービスの開始
- 申込み完了後、契約情報の反映により利用を開始できます。無料期間終了後は、支払いを確認できない場合に相談を利用できなくなります。
- プラン変更
- 月980円・90回から月2,980円・300回への変更は、相談室の画面で予約し、次回更新日から適用します。予約時の追加請求はなく、変更日までは現在の料金・相談回数が続きます。変更予約は適用前に取り消せます。
- 回数の更新
- 毎月の支払い完了時に、選択したプランの90回または300回へリセットします。未使用回数の繰越はありません。
- 解約
- 相談室内の契約管理から解約できます。無料期間中に解約を完了すれば月額料金はかかりません。解約が完了すると有料プランの残り回数は終了し、通常の無料利用（1日3回）に戻ります。無料の回数は利用開始から24時間でリセットされます。解約後の次回更新は行われません。
- 追加費用
- サービス料金のほか、インターネット接続に必要な通信料は利用者の負担となります。
- 既存契約
- この変更前に成立した契約は、申込み時の条件を維持します。

Matcha Origin Verification (Tier 1): $450 USD - Not offered for sale
- The laboratory-supported tier of Matcha Origin Verification is in preparation and cannot be purchased. No fee or billing structure has been finalized for it, and nothing for it is payable through this website.
- Additional charges
- No additional service charge. The customer’s card issuer or bank may apply its own foreign-exchange or international-transaction charges.
- Payment method
- Stripe-supported card payment after written scope confirmation
- Payment timing
- Full payment before work begins, for either service
- Delivery
- Within seven business days after payment, written scope confirmation, and receipt of all required inputs
- Application period — Japan Source & Accuracy Audit Sprint
- August 1 through September 30, 2026 JST, or until all three paid beta engagements are accepted
- Application period — Matcha Origin Verification (Tier 1)
- From the effective date of these pages. No fixed closing date and no capacity limit apply to Tier 1.
